Cookies and storage

This page lists everything cruxglance.com places in your browser, and everything a supplier may place there while serving the site. The list is short, and it is complete.
1. The site sets no cookies of its own
No cookie is written by cruxglance.com. There is no analytics product, no advertising network, no tag manager, no social widget and no embedded player on any page, so none of the tracking cookies those tools normally bring exists here. The one thing the site stores is a session-storage key, which is not a cookie and is not sent with any request.

No other key, cookie, pixel, beacon or local database is created by these pages. Cloudflare also measures page performance for the sites it serves, which produces aggregate figures rather than a record attached to a reader.
3. What the notice bar actually does
The bar at the foot of the page exists to tell you the two facts above. Choosing Accept writes the value accepted to the key named cg2Seen; choosing Decline writes declined to the same key. Nothing else happens in either case: no script is loaded, no request is sent and no preference is transmitted, because there is nothing on this site that a preference could switch on or off. The bar then closes for the rest of the session.
4. Clearing what is stored
Closing the tab removes the session-storage key by itself. You can also clear site data for cruxglance.com from your browser settings, or use a private window, in which case the notice bar reappears on the next visit because its key is gone. Blocking cookies entirely does not break these pages; only the routing and protection layer described in the table is affected, and that is handled by Cloudflare.
5. Questions and changes
If this list ever changes — for instance if a supplier alters what it sets — this page is updated on the same day and the effective date at the head of it moves with it.
